We are a recruitment consultancy specialising in placing IT and Business Change professionals into contract and permanent roles across the UK.
For the purposes of UK data protection laws, Tech Pair is the “data controller” when we process your personal data.

Important: You should only provide sensitive personal data (e.g., criminal record details or diversity information) where requested and relevant. Where we require sensitive personal data, we will only process it where permitted under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Clients (Hiring Companies)

Clients (Employers)
Where you are being considered for a role, we may share relevant candidate information with the hiring organisation. We will not share your details without a lawful basis and, where appropriate, your knowledge and agreement.
Service Providers
We may share personal data with third-party suppliers who support our operations, such as:

- email and communication tools
- CRM and candidate tracking systems
- cloud storage and document management systems
- analytics providers
All third parties must process your data securely and only under our instructions.

We typically retain client contact data for up to 24 months from the last meaningful interaction.
Website Enquiries / Salary Guide Requests
We typically retain enquiry data for up to 12 months, unless it becomes part of an ongoing candidate/client relationship.
Marketing Lists
We retain marketing contact data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal requirements).
9. How We Protect Your Data
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- secure systems and password protection
- restricted access to sensitive information
- secure cloud storage and email services
