Tech Pair are delighted to be working with this MSP client who are looking to hire someone more on the Infrastructure side with some networking knowledge. You don't need to come from an MSP background but you must be prepared for the fast paced nature of this role that brings a variety of work to be carried out such as servicing tickets escalated from Service Desk, daily checks on client systems and actioning anything that may arise from that or customer infrastructure projects or hardware renewal (switches, routers, firewalls) projects.
The role offers strong exposure to project delivery (on-premise, hybrid and cloud environments), complex troubleshooting and technical consultancy making it ideal for a personable, customer focused Engineer who is eager to advance.
Experience of on-prem, Microsoft Servers, Azure is essential and some Linux, VMware, Hyper-V along with any Microsoft certifications such as Windows Server Hybrid Admin or Microsoft Azure Admin would be advantageous.
