This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys real project variety, technical ownership and working in a small, highly experienced team without the red tape or pressure of a large corporate environment.

You’ll be joining a business that has been building long-term digital partnerships for over 20 years, delivering websites, platforms, APIs, hosting and technical support across sectors including transport, government, HR and professional services.

  • Taking increasing ownership of your own projects as you settle into the team
What they’re looking for:
  • Strong PHP experience with modern OOP principle
  • Commercial Drupal development experience
  • Experience with custom Drupal development: hooks, services, plugins, entities, Form API, render array
  • Drush, Composer and configuration management experience
  • Git workflows, code reviews and branching strategies

  • Employee Ownership Trust participation
  • Annual tax-free EOT bonus potential
  • 25 days holiday including birthday leave + 9 Scottish public holidays
  • Hybrid working: 2 days per week in Glasgow city centre
  • A chance to shape DevOps maturity rather than simply maintain what already exists
  • Small, experienced team with low staff turnover and sensible working hours
