You’ll be joining a business that has been building long-term digital partnerships for over 20 years, delivering websites, platforms, APIs, hosting and technical support across sectors including transport, government, HR and professional services.
The work is genuinely varied. You’ll be involved in modern Drupal development, Drupal 11 upgrades, custom builds, migrations, integrations and wider full-stack work across a portfolio of high-profile, long-standing client projects.
This role requires two days per week in the Glasgow City Centre office. Candidates must live within approximately one hour’s commute of Central Glasgow. Applications from candidates outside this commuting requirement cannot be considered.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining Drupal websites and applications
- Developing custom modules, themes, content models and configuration
- Working on Drupal 9/10/11 projects, including upgrades and rebuilds
- Supporting integrations with payment providers, mapping APIs and transport data feeds
- Collaborating with experienced developers on technical approach and delivery
- Taking increasing ownership of your own projects as you settle into the team
- Strong PHP experience with modern OOP principle
- Commercial Drupal development experience
- Experience with custom Drupal development: hooks, services, plugins, entities, Form API, render array
- Drush, Composer and configuration management experience
- Git workflows, code reviews and branching strategies
- Solid JavaScript fundamentals
- An understanding of accessibility and performance
